I want my boxing puppet, Aksys!
April 16, 2010

Seems like Aksys is releasing limited edition versions of all the titles they're publishing these days. They did it with BlazBlue, featuring a soundtrack of 42 songs and a tutorial disc, then again with Record of Agarest War, which comes out at the end of this month, going crazy with that edition..., and now they're doing it with the June release (supposedly) of Deathsmiles, which includes a soundtrack disc and a 360 faceplate (look at the size of the box!).

Halo 2 Final Hours
April 15, 2010

Well, yesterday was suppose to be the final day for dropping LIVE support for all Xbox 1 games, but it seems to be still going today.

I've played a number of matches of Halo 2's multiplayer for the past two days, and... Well, I'm having a very hard time understanding why some gamers still prefer 2's multiplayer over 3's. 2 has some pretty terrible spawns (putting Lockout on the Big Team playlist is a TERRIBLE idea, btw). The default starting weapon is complete crap, some maps are just bad, and the hit detection/lag is annoying to deal with. I'll admit some of the maps are pretty cool (the Containment map is epic), as well as some minor details, but that's it.

The most enjoyment I've gotten out of the multiplayer so far is when people are talking.

Cool, they're making a FPS X-Com game!

I, too, want to give EmP a heart attack.

So my family now calls me a disgrace and a pedophile for the hell of it, because it's funny to them

Then get genuinely mad at me when I get angry over these things.

I really hate my family sometimes. I swear they must be braindamaged or something.

Note: I wanted this below the X-Com topic, which is why I did a quick delete.
