And honestgamers.com becomes NSFW

Haha, I noticed that too. I felt like a middle schooler trying to squint my way through a scrambled porn channel:

"Is that a nipple? Oh my god, it IS a nipple!"

Yeah. I've had to quickly minimize my Firefox browser at work here due to cartoon boobs on a game site. Wait, what?

Ahhh Americans, you amusing lot. You can show chopping one's head off with a rusty axe and then taking a bath in the blood shower that ensues everywhere, but if a breast shows it's off to the gallows with you!

It's that puritan background. Violence equaled awesome in the name of the Lord, sex equaled love and peace and everything else that was wrong with the world.

Wait, who's American here?

Jerec & Masters, you stupid Americans.

... and Zipp!

I... think the joke was that Jerec and Masters aren't American.

Sorry about that. I don't imagine it'll last forever. Project Wonderful approves ads and usually won't let something that risque pass through. People can bid for the ad space, so whoever places the highest bid gets to place an ad in that region. I keep hoping that the art site will get outbid, but so far they apparently really want to advertise on this site and no one else wants to pay more. The site itself is pretty innocent, from what I can tell, and actually might be pretty cool if someone is really into art, so I'm definitely conflicted about it.

Are you kidding me it's a cartoon?!?

And by the way the site is really cool if you are an artist and Mario has a number of prints at the Deviant Art aite.

I... think the joke was that Jerec and Masters aren't American.

Yeah, I wondered that. But then my reaction just makes it all the better.

The joke is that in America all heterosexual intercourse is rape. In a patriarchal society, women, as a group, are not strong enough to give meaningful consent. Under patriarchy, no woman is safe to live her life, or to love, or to mother children. Under patriarchy, every woman is a victim, past, present, and future. Under patriarchy, every woman's daughter is a victim, past, present, and future. Under patriarchy, every woman's son is her potential betrayer and also the inevitable rapist or exploiter of another woman. All sex, even consensual sex between a married couple, is an act of violence perpetrated against a woman. Marriage as an institution developed from rape as a practice. Rape, originally defined as abduction, became marriage by capture. Marriage meant the taking was to extend in time, to be not only use of but possession of, or ownership. When a woman reaches orgasm with a man she is only collaborating with the patriarchal system, eroticizing her own oppression. Or maybe it was what Suskie said.
