I'm pretty sure I caught the words lasagna and taco in the first few seconds of that song.

The name of the group is Hladno Pivo, or translated "Cold Beer". They were the fore runners of punk here in Croatia, though their sound(like in this song for instance) became much more commercial in their later albums. Still, the verses are usually excellent, and when necessary hilarious.

Here's sort of a translation of this song:
