A lot of friends having fun

Hello Kitty Party Land is now available for Switch and Switch 2, publisher Bandai Namco announced today. The game launched worldwide, and is the debut title from Sanrio Games.

In Hello Kitty Party Land, players will be able to choose from more than 145 of Hello Kitty's friends, who they will guide through a colorful world full of activities and dozens of mini-games. It's designed to be fun for all ages, but it should appeal especially to younger gamers who dig positive vibes.

Players customize their avatar and then venture into the town in Party Land, where they'll meet their favorite Sanrio characters. Activities include musical performances, farming, fishing, and even taking a stroll through the shopping mall in search of new items.

Up to four players can enjoy Hello Kitty Party Land at once, participating in more than 45 mini-games on board games with non-threatening themes like sports, food, and music. Controls were designed to be intuitive for young gamers and experienced veterans alike, and solo play is supported for those who prefer it to local or online multiplayer options.

For those who somehow don't know, the Sanrio brand is a lifestyle and entertainment company. Hello Kitty, a cartoon feline who is more chill than I'll ever be, is essentially the company's mascot. Together, the affable group entertains generations of fans.
