What's cryptic? Is this because it's Halloween? On a Friday?

I'd forgotten what day it was, to be honest. I've also forgotten who I am, what year it is, and whether or not the world's been destroyed by nuclear war.

Pish posh!

(I'm picking the game up tomorrow.)

I'll be very interested to hear your opinions. I'm around six hours in, and as I hadn't done a thing of the main quest until just now, I've a long way to go. But so far so, so good, though I've run into a fair few bugs. These will undoubtedly be patched soon, though, so I'm not too bothered - unfortunately, games are rarely stable on release these days.

Have game, but can't play it until I whittle down the games I need review for this site.

I hate you, Venter.

In which case, ignore my email.

I really want to get a second HG opinion on this in case I'm going insane, and our reviews end up being completely contrasting or something.

Let's just say I've abandoned my earlier pessimism based on the little time I've had to sink into the game.

I'm flying through the games I have here to review now so I can spend more time in. I hope to have the 360 review of the title up not long after yours.

Fallout 3 has the best introduction I've ever seen in a videogame.

It's one of the least memorable bits so far.

I think that says something.
