Chip 'N Dale: Rescue Rangers (NES)

Chip 'N Dale: Rescue Rangers review (NES)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers represents a rare game on the NES - A character license that isn't wasted on a crappy game. Especially considering that the game is made by Disney.

Super Mario Bros. 2 (NES)

Super Mario Bros. 2 review (NES)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

Even today, there's nothing quite like the gameplay of Super Mario Brothers 2. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but any diehard Nintendo fan must play this game.

Tecmo NBA Basketball review (NES)

All in all, the gameplay of Tecmo NBA Basketball is far from perfect, but there's really no other comparisions.

Tetris (NES)

Tetris review (NES)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

Once in a while, there comes an event that is so revolutionary that the world sits up and takes notice. The everyday lives of the simple minded plebeians that inhabit the world are enthralled by this event, and even some interstellar biorganism tree frogs from Alpha Centuri are intrigued. Tetris is not one of those events. However, it is a pretty fun Nintendo game.

Zelda II: The Adventure of Link review (NES)

It's an enjoyable game, and everyone should at least try it to see if it's their fancy, but most people will be more disappointed than pleased.

Koudelka (PlayStation)

Koudelka review (PSX)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

Koudelka has a similar look and feel to a survival horror game; Except there are random encounters while exploring the monastery and the battles are duked out in a strategy RPG format on a 7x7 grid.

Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber review (N64)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

I am one of the hardest reviewers on this site, and I believe a game must be superbly made to get that 90 and above plateu. And this game is not completely perfect, sure it has it's weaknesses but it is so strong in many categories that it is or close to my personal favorite game. Ogre Battle 64 is a game that threw me completely in love with RPG's and more specifically stories within them. I am currently out shopping for other Ogre Battle games, just because this game was so good, that the ser...

Castlevania (NES)

Castlevania review (NES)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

Ah, the game that started it all. A simple kid named Simon Belmont sent on a mission that is a curse or gift for his family for games to come. The very first Castlevania game made, almost as old as the Nintendo System itself, and yet it still stands up as an excellent game, and the leader of one of the greatest series' ever to grace this blue and green earth.

Chrono Trigger (SNES)

Chrono Trigger review (SNES)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

Whenever I find a great Video Game, I totally engulf myself in it. I play it non-stop, think about when I sleep, and of course, draw stuff about it. Chrono Trigger is one of those games. Everything about this gem of a RPG is wonderful.

Golden Sun (Game Boy Advance)

Golden Sun review (GBA)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

After playing countless great RPGs by Square, everything else looked sub par. FF8, despite it’s flaws, was still a grand game and better than most games out there. So when I heard a non Square RPG, a RPG made by the folks who brought us Mario Tennis, was a god send... I had to check it out. (Apparently Camelot has a series of RPGs, but I didn’t know...I should look into it.)

Resident Evil (PlayStation)

Resident Evil review (PSX)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

I could make this review ''The way it was back when it was released,'' but I'm not. Why? I didn't play it when it came out, I'm playing it now. How does it live up to toadys standards? Is it still a good game? This review will be a bit different from my others. I won't go in depth because A) I just wrote a Nemesis review, and I don’t want to do it again B) Everybody and his mother knows about the average control sheme and C) I just don't want to....

Yes, Conker was in Diddy Kong Racing. Yes, he was in Pocket Tails. And yes, he is the star of the poo filled, parody filled, adult themed NINTENDO 64 game, Bad Fur Day.

Super Smash Bros. Melee (GameCube)

Super Smash Bros. Melee review (GCN)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

The most anticipated Gamecube game of 2001 was, without a doubt, Smash Bros Melee. The original was hailed as one of the best multi player games for the N64... the ultimate party game right next to Golden Eye. The original was also a homage to Nintendo, featuring 12 classic Nintendo characters from Mario to Link, Kirby to Pikachu, even Captain Falcon and Ness. It had classic music themes and everything. But while the multi player was fun, the one player mode was...lacking. Melee improves ...

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle (GameCube)

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle review (GCN)

Reviewed on Date Unknown

Seeing a Sonic game appear on a Nintendo platform before Mario is uncanny... unheard of. But it happened, and the port of the Dreamcast game is a nice introduction for the blue hedgehog on the purple cube.
