i have had Killer 7 for awhile but never had the urge to play it until today. it is one of the most bizarre games i have ever played. the only thing that will prevent me from playing it further is the awkward controls. hopefully No More Heroes will play much better than this. one week away. can't wait!

have you already decided what is your game of the year? i still need to finish up Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty 4, Rachet & Clank, Zack & Wiki etc. i think it kinda sucks to have all these games released almost at the same time and at the end of the year no less. there are only so many games i can devote my time to and not rush through the experience. my verdict won't be out yet for another few months.i got a lot of catching up to do....

not being able to play or having anything to do with video games anymore due to age, circumstance or some unforseen event.

there was only one time when i barely played any video games for an entire year. that was during 2001-2002 where i spent little to none hours as opposed to the 6 to 8 hour average of years past. i just got burnt out from playing too much and found other hobbies that took it's place.
despite that, i still kept tabs on video game news and events so i wasn't completely out of the loop. all in all, i've dedicated 20 years of my life to this and i wonder just how much longer i can keep at it before i succumb to another inevitable burn out. i think as long as the quality of games are good, and i still have the energy to play them i could game for another 20 years.

1,2....omg, i've bought more than 50 games this year. majority of them are new or recently released in the last year. i say maybe a dozen of those i bought 'em used. by the time this year is over i'll probably end up close to 70 games. wow, just wow.

god this game is awful. i know what i was getting myself into. the reviews have been mediocre. even though i did not buy it, i feel cheated for all the hours i spent giving this game a chance. the game is repetitive throughout and the challenge near the end of the game all of a sudden becomes cheap and frustrating. i do not recommend this game, even for Soul Calibur fans. just wait for 4.
