My condolences on having to sell your games.

Is this like name your own price or can I make a list of games and you tell me a price of each so think it over?

Name your own price that you're willing to pay for any given titles. If I consider it fair, I'll accept. If not, I'll let you know.

Keep in mind that the games really are in fantastic condition (a few are even still in shrink wrap) and I'm not going to be letting them go at a personal financial loss. The whole goal of this is to raise money, after all. So if you're looking for a deal you can brag about all over the Internet, that's not going to happen. I'm asking for fair prices and in exchange you get great games in condition unlike you'll probably see almost anywhere else... ever.

Which payment methods will you accept? Nothing is mentioned in your post.

I will take PayPal or money order or even personal check, but prefer the first. I will wait for personal checks to clear before I send anything, if we make an arrangement and you pay by that method.

Okay, put in a few offers - even if it makes me feel like a vulture.

We were in a position a few years ago where we did have to file for bankruptcy - it's not fun, and the aftermath is not fun either. I hope it resolves itself, and hopefully you'll get a (nice) creditor or two who is willing to actually work with you instead of threaten.
