lol I don't really know. They're my favorite animal. I guess it's because I see an inner (and outer) beauty in them that's just breath-taking, and I don't see them for any of the negatives they've been portrayed as over the centuries. They're social structure is fascinating, and I think I'm attracted to their potential to be affectionate (at least within their own packs), as well as the power they exude as well. They're just really awesome animals to me. *shrug*
Haha. Interesting that you ask this here, though. =P
I once closed out a review with a joke about how staying indoors playing games is better than going outside because there's wolves out there. WQ quizzed me for over an hour about how she didn't think there were wolves in England and certainly not urban ones.
Hahaha. That conversation did not take place, but now that you bring it up, it's totally true.
Though there might still be werewolves. I may have seen one the other night when I was there. Can't be entirely sure, though. Sunrise might be too early for such paranormal beings.
On second thought, any growling I heard might just have been the person snoring next to me. God I envy that.
Everyone knows there are werewolves in England nowadays thanks to Warron Zevon's song "Werewolves of London", so they might have relocated to a new country to preserve their seclusion.
Haha. Yeah. That's the song I was thinking of with my last post, but because I couldn't remember who the original composer/artist was, I couldn't make the proper joke.
Need I remind you that the "American werewolves" (no doubt in reference to that hilariously awful movie "American Werewolf in London") were initially infected by an English werewolf and that wereolves in general originated in Europe? =P
If you want to blame us for something, cite chupacabras or thunderbirds. =P
