Per EmP, I'm giving semi-regular updates on the games being showcased during my upcoming event.

You see, I planned on doing an entire AlphaMarathon during this October, with a different horror game for each letter, plus a number. However, recent events and mental health pushed it back a year or two. I've thus decided to redouble my efforts and review better quality/more well-known/cult hit type games instead of the obscure, cheapo stuff I was originally going to cover.

Confirmed:
Joe's Diner- A first-person title where you run the night shift in a diner built on a Native burial ground. One of the two chiefs interred there seeks to disturb the other's rest by making a ton of noise. You have to silence the disturbances or face the gruesome wrath of the sleeping chief, while also cleaning the place so you don't get fired.

Almost confirmed:
Castlevania: The Adventure Rebirth- A remake of the godawful Game Boy title that almost makes you forget about that abomination.

Alan Wake- Part third-person shooter, part modern dark fiction novel not unlike a Bentley Little piece. Some hate it, but I dig it.

Now playing:
Bendy and the Ink Machine- First-person adventure with light combat, where you scour an abandoned and possessed animation studio while dodging cartoon demons. My site avatar would be proud.
