Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD delivers a miniature encore performance
The cute little mobile take on Final Fantasy XV got a fresh coat of paint for its console appearance.
Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD, a chibi-styled take on Square Enix's epic adventure with a slightly shorter name, is now available to download and enjoy on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A Switch version is also coming soon.
Besides featuring artwork its developer describes as "adorable," Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD sports "casual" controls that should make the adventure accessible for younger and/or less experienced audiences. It's still a big adventure, but everything was shrunk down to work on smartphones and now it has been dressed up a bit again.
