It might very well. I do have this overwhelming feeling that it's leading up to some very crappy plot twist...but, I am intrigued. I like it in a CYOA sort of way.

Still, the actual gameplay is very subpar so far.

I'm not sad enough to start something because some says a game I liked is crap. Especialy one I've taken to time to review -- because revoicing my thoughts is a big waste of my time. Disagree with me if you like, but don't expect me to care. If I did, I'd be writing a 'sorry'letter to bitter CC/Bulletproof fanboys for the rest of my days.

Dude, seriously, you gotta get off your high-horse. You goad people in the EXACT SAME WAY on a frequent basis. Hell, you told me Grandia Xtreme sucked and YOU didn't play it. How is you telling me that Grandia Xtreme is bad when you haven't played it (but have word of mouth) any different from me telling you that Indigo Prophecy is bad (but have word of mouth) when I haven't played it? I'm sure you were just putting up the play act as usual, but so was I with Indigo Prophecy. It's a similar scenario with similar intentions. Not to mention what you had to say about F-Zero X right below my review about it:
