You gave me an excellent idea what to expect from this game, which is to say: an experience well worth missing. It's easy to see why it didn't get released in North America. Dreamcast games could look just fine even when compared to PS2 stuff, so I don't think tech was the issue. Judging by your text, this game simply doesn't seem to have been designed with enough care taken on any of its elements.
