The new user rating system on Xbox Live gave me a good chuckle

By dementedhut · August 12, 2009

Games that haven't been released yet, like Dead Rising 2, Halo 3: ODST, and BioShock 2, are already receiving an overall 5 star rating from users. It's hilarious to know players have already made up their minds to love a game before even playing it.

Typical fanboys. Heh.

That's hardly new. The fans have decided that many games have deserved a perfect 10 before they were even released, and were outraged when reviewers awarded those games less than 10, though still a very high score. Games such as Twilight Princess, Halo 3 and many more.

"How dare that guy give Twilight Princess an 8.8!"

Excellent reasoning on their part and I'm sure all of them have a bright career in a high education job ahead of them. It is comforting, actually, to know that the next generation is probably not going to threaten my job security any.
