Konami's X-Men arcade game coming to XLA & PSN

With 6 player co-op online.

Yay? Nay? I've only played a tiny bit of it in the arcades back then, so I don't have a solid opinion of the game. It had some crazy dialogue, though...

Yay, and a great suggestion for the Cabaret next week.

I'd rather have the Simpsons arcade game.

Leroux Mod Oct 9, 2010

The Simpsons is solid, but I never drank the 10/10 Kool-Aid on that one, plus some of its levels are as misplaced as those in Streets of Rage 2. Give me pretty much anything from the Capcom catalog over it.

I haven't played a Capcom brawler that I liked.

Leroux Mod Oct 9, 2010

You rated Final Fight an 8.

“Mighty Final Fight” is a fairly enjoyable brawler from Capcom,"

>_>

Heh. I forgot about "Mighty Final Fight." That really is a cool 8-bit brawler. I think I was being generous when I rated the original "Final Fight" an 8/10, though.

X-Men, Simpsons, Final Fight... All games that ate way too many of my quarters. Well, those and Golden Axe. They just don't make 'em like those anymore.

Altered Beast and Ninja Gaiden were money monsters, too.
