God of War, InFamous, and Ratchet & Clank get collected

God of War III image

These things sound pretty definitive.

Well, that rumour was true. God of War Saga is a real thing, and it has a friend.

Sony announced two new PS3 game collections today, with more on the way. First up is God of War Sagas, which includes everything you assumed (all five God of War games), plus "exclusive" and unspecified bonus content.

InFamous is getting its own collection, too, which includes the first two retail games and the downloadable Festival of Blood episode. It also features "Extra missions" and additional skins, power ups, and weapon styles, which presumably means the downloadable skins, powers, and weapons from the PSN store.

Oh, and that Ratchet & Clank Collection that's been floating around? It's getting a spiffy new gold "Collection" banner to match its friends God of War and InFamous. Collections "start" (but don't stop, apparently) at $29.99, and will be available in stores August 28th.
