Theatrhythm Final Fantasy coming to North America

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy image

Square Enix's cute, quirky Final Fantasy-themed rhythm game is getting a Western release.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy (pronounced "theatre rhythm") recaps the whole series of Final Fantasy games up to XIII, bringing together protagonists from each game to explore fields, do battle, and interact with cutscenes to the time of over 70 classic Final Fantasy songs.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy is notable for being the first 3DS game with DLC. Japan has been seeing regular releases of extra songs for a premium.

Theatrhythm hits North America and Europe this summer.

Rhody likes to press the keys on his keyboard. Sometimes the resulting letters form strings of words that kind of make sense when you think about them for a moment. Most times they're just random gibberish that should be ignored. Ball-peen wobble glurk.
