Some parts of Europe are getting a Skyrim premium edition

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim image

Sorry, U.S. fans.

Bethesda today confirmed a Elder Scrolls V: Skryrim Premium Edition to be released in specific European territories, according to a Joystiq report.

Initially revealed in this Amazon Germany listing, the Skyrim premium edition will consist of a t-shirt, world map, novel, postcards and a disc full of special features. It will be headed to Germany, the United Kingdom and Benelux, a country I've never heard of before. It is not coming to the United States.

Though not officially confirmed, it appears Skyrim's downloadable content won't make it in the package, meaning you'll still have to purchase and download Dawnguard, the game's first expansion, if you do snag the Premium Edition. Oh, right, but not if you're a PlayStation 3 user!

Zing!
