Mary Skelter Finale heads west this year
Both the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions will be available in a Limited Edition that includes novels and music.
At the NGPX (New Game+ Expo), Idea Factory revealed plans to bring Mary Skelter Finale to North America on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game, which released in Japan last year as Kangokutou Mary Skelter Finale, is the final installment in the Mary Skelter trilogy that debuted on PlayStation Vita in 2016.
The short-lived franchise is a collaboration between Compile Heart, Dengeki Bunko, and Dengeki PlayStation, with a stated goal of providing entertainment across the game, novel, and magazine mediums. If you enjoy the lore in its various forms, you'll get more out of everything.
According to a press release, a Limited Edition will be offered for physical collectors at a later date, with an MSRP of $104.99 that qualifies for free domestic shipping. As limited editions go, that one sounds pretty sweet to me. If you're really into Mary Skelter, it sounds like a great way to take advantage of the multi-media ambitions the developers had in mind back in 2016.
Oh, and the game doesn't look half bad, either.
