SWERY returns soon with The Missing for consoles and PC
Publisher Arc System Works today released a launch trailer to celebrate the game's impending release.
SWERY, the creative mind behind Red Seeds Profile and D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die, has been staying very busy lately. Soon, he'll have something new to show for all that activity: a puzzle platformer called The Missing: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories.
Scheduled to arrive on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC by year's end, The Missing: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories is described by Arc System Works as an "atmospheric puzzle platformer."
Players guide J.J. as he searches to find Alex. Poor Alex has apparently gone missing on a secluded island. J.J. has the unique ability to reincarnate himself, and while assuming that rule, players can "utilize your misery" to solve various puzzles in the environments.
There's not really a lot of other information about the game just now, despite its rapidly approaching but still rather vague release date. Will it come out next week? Next month? Who knows? But there is a brand new launch trailer, embedded above for your convenience. At least that's something, right?
