Street Fighter X Tekken PS3 and Vita cross compatible online

Street Fighter X Tekken image

Playing an online fighting game is the most fun early on when everyone is still learning how to play, except possibly in the case of Street Fighter X Tekken. When it launches on Vita a million years from now, it will be cross compatible online with the PS3 version.

Sure, PS3 players might have the advantage when it comes to experience, but Vita players will have one thing PS3 players won't: Touch screen controls. Those haven't been detailed yet, but they'll likely work similarly to the way they do in the Vita version of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. (Smoosh the screen to do special moves.) Who needs arcade sticks, anyway?
