Next Gears of War title appears on Game Informer's July cover

You didn't think Gears of War 3 would be the end of it all for the Gears franchise, did you?

Well, it's definitely not, as Game Informer today revealed its July cover and confirmed it's the next entry in the Gears of War saga. The magazine didn't offer many details on the game or cover, aside from confirming the game will be an Xbox 360 title (duh). They did pose some questions for you to ponder, though, like, who exactly is chained up on the cover? Where is he?

Some questions I'm asking myself: Will this be a prequel? Is it about the Pendulum Wars?

Game Informer plans to reveal more details on their site this coming Monday during Microsoft's E3 press conference. Until then, speculate away, folks!
