I'm trying to get as many people as possible involved in a giveaway that's going on over at hardcoregamer.com (where as some of you know, I spend a great deal of my time). The contest is for a free Xbox 360 (Halo-themed) and a copy of Halo 3. If I were eligible, you can bet your ass I'd be participating right now... but I'm not.

You need to be signed into your user account to view the contest and enter on the site. On a side note, hardcoregamer.com is a pretty sweet site. You get points for participating, like you do here on HonestGamers, and you can use the points on swag in the free online store. They've given away some pretty great stuff, including signed copies of games and the like. You might want to check it out and maybe get yourself something cool while you're at it.

Some of you are great writers, as you know, so if you live in the US and you need an Xbox 360, you would stand a good chance at getting one with only moderate effort.

I plan to spend the next couple days looking at any Halo-related GFaqs Halo material (walkthrough, game scripts, etc.) and making a hugeass attempt to prove I know more about this series than any of you! Oh! Almost forgot! As a broke-ass staff member that's been going from married to dissolutionment this year, I don't have the financial means to buy fancy new systems at the moment.....so, Jason, "making sure" I "win" would really be a great way to enhance our staff X360 reviews, since NOBODY EVER covers games on this system! So, hell, screw writing the Halo essay. Just give me the freebie!!!!!
