Tonight, I finally did it. I mean, of course, that I finally beat Dragon Warrior II. Years and years ago, I made it all the way to the final boss when renting the game, then had to return it before I could beat it. I've started to play again a few times since, but I never got terribly far. This time, I did. I pushed through the whole game and I wrote a FAQ while I was doing so! It's now posted here and soon on GameFAQs.

It feels great to finally beat the game. I won't say my past failure to do so was a cloud hanging over my head, but it irritated me whenever I thought about it. I don't like getting up to a final boss and then never beating the game. So yeah, it feels great to finally be able to say I've finished one of my favorite RPGs of all time. Yes!
