Alright, things are getting figured out. I've gotten a lot done, but it cost me a bit of sanity and free time. However, I've gotten back into the swing by playing through Final Fantasy II Pixel Remaster, which I will be reviewing soon.
Mwahahahahahahahah! [It's actually better than most versions of the game, which isn't saying much. It always was my least favorite main Final Fantasy entry. Oh well, it's still not as mouth-frothing as All the Bravest.]

overdrive - August 30, 2024 (07:44 AM) I see you're in that "glutton for punishment" mode where you've played multiple versions of FF II in hopes of finding one that's actually good. Had a mature enough narrative with people dying left and right to make it intriguing (and keep it from our shores for a long time), but never thought it offered much of anything else. |

If they're going to revamp this game any further, then they should give it an Oath in Felghana level of revamp and just rebuild it entirely. |
