Quake II
Resident Evil remake

Through the Woods

It's a strong list; I've played quite a few of them, even if I never got around to writing about the majority. Quake II is perhaps the weakest 'horror', but it's a shitty letter. If I had to suggest an alternative, I might suggest this:

I like this list simply because it reminds me that the next time I want to undo the good work I've been doing on lessening my backlog by embarking on a binge purchasing spree, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is in the TOP PRIORITY list.

I went ahead and picked up Quiet Valley. I'll probably do that one instead. I haven't played Quake II for more than a few minutes, so I'm not sure how horror-y it is. I've only heard it's not the "Doom via Lovecraft" that the original was.

I've been telling myself to play Ritual because I'll probably love it, but I've been dragging my feet and playing junk like Aldread Knight and Fobia instead. Story of my life, I guess...
