![]() | That does it for Shank |
Now that we're back up and running, I'd like to post some of my progress. It's brief, thankfully...
SHANK (PC)
Sliced my way through everything the game had to offer in just under three hours. Well, on normal mode anyway. I don't plan to go back through the game any time soon, but I hope to eventually pick up Shank 2 and play through that at some point.
CHILD OF LIGHT (PS4)
I explored the first area a bit before recruiting an acrobat character and taking on another boss. I don't recall his name, but he was a bearded giant with a couple of cronies for support. I luckily took out the spare monsters without much difficulty, having landed a couple of crits. The giant himself took me a bit, as he kept killing Aurora. Thankfully, the acrobat has a revive spell and a decent amount of HP, so keeping her and Aurora alive wasn't too much of a hassle. I eventually put the giant on ice and moseyed on to the next stage, where I met a broken golem... well, his head anyway. I've been searching for his parts and so far I've found his arms (IIRC).
VALDIS STORY: ABYSSAL CITY
Started this one over and decided to make it my focus for now. I've put about six hours into the game and have chewed through a handful of story events. Currently, I have to find some materials necessary for creating a Divine Key, of which I've found none. Since I don't know where the hell I'm going right now, I've decided to check out a few areas and am currently chopping my way through The Hallow. I'll be checking out the mines and the sewers soon enough.
