Lost Odyssey is a great game so far. The battle system is simple and if you go into the game expecting a great, innovative battle system, you'll be disappointed. I think it just means the game focuses more on the story, the characters, the world... hell, the random encounters aren't that frequent, anyway.
The world feels a lot like Final Fantasy VI and XII, and it has a lot of that political intrigue XII was trying to do, but seems to be doing it better. And the main character is one of the better ones lately. He's strong, closed off and all, but you get exactly why he is that way.
The graphics are beautiful and the soundtrack is amazing. I'm loving this.

Yeah, the game looks stunning. Efforts in RPGs like these should really be appreciated considering the man power it takes to create all that freakin' content.
I don't have a 360, but the game looks like a nice trip.
