About Me:

Sorry, but I haven't yet shared the information about myself that would typically display here. Check back later to see if that changes, or if I instead choose to remain an enigma.

So it's done.
February 27, 2006

So my masterpiece is done. (But knowing how great poetry is received around here, it'll suck. But.) I love it. Before I drown in a journalistic style for the rest of my life, I want this work to represent my voice in combining poetry and prose. I'm more than proud about it, even more so that it's for The Ocarina of Time. Anyway, hope you all like it (and don't bash it to kingdom come). Although, I am a semi-masochist... or at least, what my anima says to me in my sleep. (Shouldn't have said that.)

I am going to review...

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Oh muffins, am I going to need a prayer... (yes, muffins)

Ethereal
February 18, 2006

Pale seeds
A woman's face
Still white mountain
A window breeze
Curtain's drift
A windy-mannered greeting
Open lakes and open doubts
Sailing down your skin
The widow's dream
Her hair distilled
Bleached with low spring mist
Through the dust and valley
A courtyard of breath and daisy
Chamomile and snow
Sprouting more pale seeds to somber
A life wished in vain

Passing Dream
February 15, 2006

The moon came with me. The sea wanted to paint the sky with chandeliers. And I fell for a dawn, a treasure of night. Silver linings break the crested sand like turtles and doves on canvas. The brush flows with silk. The dream returns to dream again.

I give the moon to you.

My Belief
February 12, 2006

Four white walls of faith
A black box
Edges of a masterpiece
Double-edged, no less
Shadow rims
Light shells
Protect me from the sun
Glorious faces, I cannot see
My house and lock
A cage
Colorless and sharp

Substance Is Not Just Our Sustinence
February 10, 2006

You're not supposed to be emotionally changed by a game. In fact, if you feel like a changed person after a game ends, it probably means you're gullible. But the same thing happens with any form of entertainment: movies, books, Cirque du Soleil, whatever.

Befriending A Weed
February 09, 2006

I came into your loving eyes
Until your hating sun
Dawned on me in autumn
Lashes tear through leaf and twig
The tree is barren, cracked, and grey
You are the clouds I always knew
Farewell and forget
We ever saw
