ive been playing the ps3 ver after previously owning it on 360.Besides the bugs in it mentioned by critics ive also noticed more musical sequences appear in the ps3 ver.Ive always thought hl2 had an awsome ost but you only heard it rarely through out the 360 ver(the only ver ive played at the time )and ive played through it a few times before i started playing the ps3 obox and i have never heard anything about it mentioned in reviews if you ve played both these versions did you notice more bits of music throughout the ps3 ver and,also i heard ea was responsible for the ps3 port and valve just oversaw things.its obvious the ps3 version was poorly developed because of the difficulty at the time of the ps3 s really unfamiliar hardware thats kinda beat but,anyway the music thing is really bo
First oxm gives it the game of the year award thats outrageous i already couldnt stand that mag but now they lost there simple minds then it nabs another award at iaa for outstanding innovation ive played it thought it was alright for a casual gaming exp but i dont see this great innovation i see donkey konga guitar hero and karaoke rev in one expensive box with mtvs fat check book then they go on about the great story telling of bio shock and mass effect yeah there great but how about some respect for the darkness that game story was so good and cinamaticly presented so well just as good as bio shock and mass effect and personally enjoyed it more than bio shock sure the fps mechanics were pretty standard it was narration that blew me away jakie estacado is one of my fav antagonist and on
I think this game is all hype its the 4th installment in the series and still looks like the same old grand theft auto to me just shiner im hoping its a true next gen experience hopefully those little refinements to the mechanics are enough make it stand out from its predecessors, so many people are gonna ride this games dick because of the advertising itll probably crush halo 3 sales just cause the fact its multi platform.I gotta say theres about 15 games coming out in the next 8 months im more interested in so like always ill just have to keep my mouth shut and wait till April to play the damn thing if it dosent get delayed anymore (OH SNAP)You better impress me rockstar!Id like to know what some of u think My most anticapated title of 08 is a toss up between borderland and fallout 3 oh
i saw a poll earlier for fps of the year the choices were Crysis obox bio shock halo 3 cod4 to my amazement halo 3 wins by a significant amount over every thing with obox the closest with only about 11% less votes with games like bio shock and crysis only getting about 9% of the vote granite no one can play crysis without some beast ass rig it still really bothers me this wasnt the first time ive seen the same results with halo 3 garnering some kind of goy award when clearly games like bio shock,crysis and cod 4 are clearly better games to me they truly raise the bar in fps games forge is still a neat toy for console gamers but dosent even compare to the editing functions in pc games im not even saying halo 3 is a bad game it just does nothing for me on the 360 its still excactly like h
