For free if you're making a non-commercial game, at least. This was originally developed to create the canceled Lone Wolf game. Some friends of mine turned me on to its existence as a free program and they say it's quite astounding.
I've checked it out a little myself. I know next to nothing about 3D graphics, but I can see from what little I do know that it's got a good range of the usual tools with a few interesting shortcuts around some of the usually more annoying details, like automatic keying or inserted polygon blips.
It also has great documentation and decent support, which with 3D programs is more important than I think people realize.
Anyway, it came to my attention and I wasn't going to do anything with the info until I realized some of you guys might be into doing something with this or might know someone who could use it.
