You could run a Windows emulator/partition on mac, then run VisualBoyAdvance in the windows emulator.

I'm not sure of the technical barriers to this, but that'd be my easiest guess if you can't find any Mac stuff.

Boycott Advance and VisualBoy Advance are the two I've used.

Mother 3 is somewhere on the list of games I'd like to get to at some time before I die. It's a really, really, really, really, really long list, though...
