Most annoying sequence in video game history
August 14, 2009

End of God of War, where Kratos has to protect his family. Even more frustrating is when my game freezes after I spent an hour beating it.

I think I may cry.

All that having been yelled/said, God of War has my favourite unlockable content. I love all the interviews on the making of the game and the design, the discarded models... it's all great.

This isn't my first time through, by the by. I just had to rebeat it for the PS3.

How many clones of Zipp are there? Screw Jango Fett, they should make an army of Zipp clones.

Comment 1: You think that's hard? What difficulty did you try it on?

Comment 2: The self-argument thing has been done, both sooner and to more effect, some time ago.

@ Will: you think you've been forgotten... but you haven't.

@ Randxian: an army of Zipp clones would've procrastinated a lot and written a lot of reviews for games people have already covered.

I can't speak for playing it on any difficulty other than normal, but on those difficulties, that part's actually quite easy if you know how to time stuff right. ALl you need to do is abuse the Army of Dead magic when there's more clones of yourself to manage effectively, and it should take care of itself soon enough.

God of War kicks ass anyway, though I've never beaten on God mode. I've tried, but stopped at this part in the temple where you have to fight a bunch of minotaurs and centaurs and the floor slowly descends after a period of time. WOuld've kept trying, but my brother deleted the save file. I probably gave him permission. I don't remember.

Anyway, the unlockable challenge content is almost impossible. Complain about that instead. =D

Yeah, I was on Hard mode. There is definitely a trick to it. I'd forgotten that hugging the wife fills up your rage of the gods meter, that made all the difference.

Oh fuck yeah, hard mode was a bitch. That sequence on hard is the reason I didn't attempt God mode.
