Just watched the episode closure for the first time and it confirms my belief that, at least up through season 7, X-files WAS one of the better shows ever made.
It's not so much the scripts or story as it is the professionalism with which they were handled. And of course, the amazing abilities of the actors.
Yes, I am an X-files fan, though when it first aired, I only made it up to the movie. After the first film, I didn't watch an x-files episode for nearly ten years. Then I rented them all on netflix and am still making my way through.
But god, after Closure, it's gonna be tough. That feels like such a natural ending to everything.

JANUS2 - March 22, 2009 (02:48 AM) X-Files was goooood. Until Mulder left, at which point it all got a bit silly. Not that it wasn't a bit silly before, but watching the producers try to pretend that Mulder was still around when he wasn't was awkward. |

darketernal - March 23, 2009 (12:14 PM) Lost was good up to the second season. Then it started to go downhill. Now it's just sad. |
