About Me: Sorry, but I haven't yet shared the information about myself that would typically display here. Check back later to see if that changes, or if I instead choose to remain an enigma. |
Wayne Steed's cartridge copy of Super Mario 64 (NUS-006, USA) passed away yesterday due to a fatal chip attack. It had lived for twelve years of worthwhile gaming before its death. It is survived by its brothers (Mario Kart 64 and Mario Party), its cousins (Super Smash Bros., Yoshi's Story and Paper Mario), and its roommates (Star Fox 64 and F-Zero X). Its memory will live on forever through the Wii's Virtual Console.

* Game delay makes the heart grow fonder. (Zelda: Twilight Princess, anyone?)
* Barking Chain Chomps frequently bite.
* The best things in life are unlockable.
* Better late than never-- unless you're playing Zelda: Majora's Mask.
* Speak softly and carry a BFG.
* Rocs of a feather flock together.
* Don’t judge an NPC until you walk around in his or her-- oh, wait... you can’t. Never mind.
* If at first you don’t succeed, look up how to on HonestGamers.
* The grass is always greener on the other side of the invisible barrier.
* Hindsight and foresight are both important, unless you have an adjustable camera angle.
* If you can’t beat ‘em, trade ‘em in. But only as a last resort.
* If you can’t take the heat, get the Varia Suit first.
Happy Fourth of July, everybody! Have fun! Be patriotic! Eat copious amounts of hot dogs!
To celebrate the occasion, I've found what may be the greatest speedrun ever. Here, ladies and gentlemen, is Besmir "Zoid" Shaqi's Metroid Prime run. Watch and be amazed here:

Well, since the dog days of summer are nigh upon us, I've decided to stick to my AC-filled house and pen a guide for Mega Man III. It's still in the basic stages, but with a little work...
No, that is not a threat to your well-being, but the title of crunk band Family Force 5's new EP. It's an iTunes-exclusive, three-track pack of sheer awesome, and totally worth the three dollars it costs to download it. (You can also use Limewire, if you can handle the performance impact.)
Well, it's finally summer, thank God. This means that I get more time to write reviews, fanfics, guides, etc. Although I've been pretty busy for the past few months, and thus unable to really do anything, you'll be seeing a lot more of me in the coming months.
Jeez! I went to sleep, and when I woke up, it was a month later. I hope that's a good excuse as to why I haven't posted anything in almost a month.
Ah, well... better start working on a review or something along those lines.
