asherdeus - December 29, 2005 (07:07 PM) NFS: MW was pretty much Need for Speed Underground 2, with cops. It wasn't anything special. I started playing Ridge Racer 6 before it and I really liked it at first because it's a lot like the PSP version that I think you and I both like, but the big problem I had is that the game feels like something is missing. While Ridge Racer PSP worked well because it was on a handheld system, Ridge Racer PSP 360 shouldn't be as basic in my mind as the handheld version. Sure, the cars and reflections look great and the game is robust, but the static environments are boring and once you get good at the game (which was quickly for me because I 100%'d the PSP version), I was dominating almost all the races by a minute. I'm sure the game is great on Live, but I can't really get Live because my college blocks all the ports for it. As for the Christmas Cold, I don't really mind at all, really. It means that my birthday is warm, since that's in August when you're just getting out of Winter, right? |
