got a wii? got brawl? got smash friend code? wanna battle?

yeah i know..the all annoying friend codes are back but there's no denying the fun to be had playing Brawl online. the battles for the most part are nearly lag-free. there's some hiccups here and there just like any other online game and some bouts where it lags pretty badly.

multiiplayer with nameless random strangers is no different from playing against bots. it's meaningless. i could just play offline instead. they should have implemented some kind of ranking system. i don't care if my opponents are still nameless. at least put something in like a W-L record. if i go up against some guy with 300 wins and 10 losses, then i know i'm up for a big fight. this would get me motivated since i know i'm playing against a good player and that'd get me psyched up. put some identity into your online games Nintendo! the only other alternative is to play online with friends that which i have yet to try. i also found out you can customize your taunts. originally Nintendo was going to put in preselected ones. still limiting but better than nothing.
