Sucky movie - Eragon

Saw the new Eragon movie last night, was nothing like the book. Alot of my friends were really hyped up for it, and it was just a big disappointment. I mean, ya, its ok for a family movie but not as a movie in general. The creators cut out half the story, and over half the characters. Like I was discussing with Bexran, we don't know HOW they're even planning on making a second movie with what they got. Not only did they cut out and change major events, but they cut out some of the main characters. These characters played a vital role in the second book and were highly anticipated. I understand that with alot of the book-movies they have to shorten it, but this was simply ridiculous.

I agree entirely. I saw it and wasted a good $10 on it.The only good thing about it was the dragon CG, and I think that's what they wasted all their budget on. Maybe that's why it was so crappy. And the second book's even longer; how are they going to pull it off? Simple:

THEY WON'T.

I decided to pass on Eragon because looks like a rather derivative fantasy film.

YEAH!!! it was such a waste of time and money! when Fen and i got into the theatre i couldnt stop bouncing! Fen's mom told Fen to tell me to calm down but still i was excited to see the movie! when ever i noticed that a part was wrong i'd tell Fen and my older bro, Fen would tell me to shut up and watch the movie and my bro just hit me... i do NOT highly suggest going to this movie... and Fen's right, with the movie that they have out currently, theres no way they can have a second. too many characters were cut out, lots of scenes were either shortened, or just cut out. not to mention that one of my favorite characters, Solumbum, was completely cut out!!!! there aint no movie without him!!!!!!!!! also they screwed up Saphira, when she hatched she gave him a scar and not a silver circle on his hand, then she also had fur on the top of her head (what dragon had fur on its head???), then her wings were feathered, and to top it all off, she flew into the air and in a flash of light she was huge and completely skipped puberty!!!! the movie makers shall die with this horror out!!!
