After so many years on using it I am sick of it.

I had only two accounts since 2012 when I made the mistake on joining twitter. One for gaming of course, the other for anything else. While I never bothered to announce that other account I chose it to be that way, because I talked about other things I enjoyed non-gaming related. Well when 2020 happened things had changed drastically and while twitter has been known to be a cesspool of toxic substances to anyone using it, that year became the catalyst to how I decided was not worth ever using anymore thereafter, with 2021 being the beginning on how everything fall apart between me and that volatile social media outlet.

Without being too political I will state that my other account was at first locked for 12 hours and after I regain control of it it gets suspended a couple of days later, the culprit being me speaking against white supremacy and those domestic terrorists who had assaulted Capitol Hill in the name of Donald Trump and wanting to stop the vote count altogether, protesting the election of Joe Biden and all that. My views on this were more than just political, it were about people becoming mindless monsters attacking our own country being influenced by ill words from an ill person. People were hurt, people were even killed, all while these deplorables smiled and were happy with their criminal actions resulting in nothing else than insurrection against a country they supposedly were defending against who knows what.

However twitter saw this as a "hateful conduct" against their insipid rules so made the sensitive decision on suspending said account. Days later I find that a friend had his account affected for the same reasons as mine, but also twitter determining it was "hateful" to speak ill about white supremacy/supremacists. It got me thinking, being that others had stated they too had expressed their ire against such deplorable acts/people and other things but never had even been flagged for anything.

Well, I don't want to go there but being that me and my friend happen to be HISPANIC may well be a factor on why this is happening. What could be more upsetting to some person advocating for ill ideals than another of ethnic diversity speaking against it? They can just take revenge any way they can such as reporting such tweets and twitter seems to be more than happy to oblige.

Don't take my word for it either. While I may not have much to go on about said observations I can state that it would not be further from fact on people who associate with such racist mentality would indeed begin doing this when it has been announced that Donald Trump's account was suspended as well as others that favor White Supremacy and such things. However I blame TWITTER first hand for acting on such reports knowing damn well such are responses to horrible acts against the Government and people of different ethnicities as well. JACK DORSEY has stated many times twitter isn't a place for your voice nor open opinion about anything, that is not a platform for Freedom of Speech (his own words) so I can hardly thank him for suspending Trump's account. Mainly because it was decided doing it 4 years too late. This also happened AFTER the likes of Facebook and others began closing his account permanently. If anything, JACK just wants to be a part of it all than doing the right thing for the first time on his life.

So its no surprising that he would not care that other accounts without any association other than voicing their rightful opinions against domestic terrorism get locked and eventually suspended.

Well without saying much about it I had decided the last account I have still open will not be used much from now on after this, and if it gets suspended as well, I really am not going to miss much about it other than toxicity from that place. If JACK DORSEY wants to continue his way into infamy allowing degradable people have their way among other negative things, then let him deal with the consequences in the long run. I am done with it. If that account still stands maybe I will use it solely to share game related content but sure as hell will not bother with it for anything else. I already appealed to get my other account activated again but I am not too hopeful about it.

Either way I am tired. I got a lot on my life currently and not letting twitter ruin it it any further for me at the time being. Forget it.
