About Me: I am a charge character, and serious business. I graduated from the Everest College of Super Serious Martial Arts. I am very Serious about my very own SUPER MARTIAL ARTS school. I am not related to Lan Di. |
It was time for a break from ResoFat today. I spent way too much time indulging in level grinding and hex-piece grinding for my own good and got burnt out. Only a little, though - not forEVER.
I ended up finishing Chapter 7, and saved after the introduction to 8. All told, that intro made me want to keep playing to see what happened next! It figures.
Instead, I popped in Modern Warfare 2 to see what all the fuss was about. I know, I know; I'm behind.
Played for around 3, 3 and a half hours. Honestly, I'm not sure what all of the awards were for. This thing definitely isn't my style and moreover, it makes me wonder about the state of mainstream gaming coverage.
I went to the store today. I won't say which one; but it's big and red, and has something to do with a bulls-eye.
I explored Target's health section for condoms, and I found a pack of Durex brand that have a type that resembles a MACE of bashing proportions.
It has lots of bumps. And it is pink. And the picture makes me smile big. And that is my story about what I did with my family. Thank you.
I'd like to thank Mrs. Freedo's 1st grade class, for encouraging me to pass the test, by inspiring me to write this modern epic for the story contest.
Now I move on to grater prospecs. Like second garde!
It's early/late, and I feel like typing out my thoughts thus far on Resonance of Fate/End of Eternity.
(I like the slashies)
I've piled 32 hours - give or take - onto this sum'bitch, and it's been a hell of an experience. I'm on chapter seven if I remember right, and my characters are hitting the level 44 mark. For those who wonder.
Coffee is soooo good.
First! Grinding in a typical JRPG is never "fun". At best, it lacks the certain properties that make it as annoying and monotonous as others, but it's never something that you could call "fun". Granted, that doesn't mean people don't like it. I, for one, love to level GRIND! Even though, it's still admittedly mind-numbing.
