I preordered a 3DS today.

Watch me forget about it when March 27 rolls around and I won't have the $249 + shipping...

In other news, they're region-locked, which PISSES ME OFF. My reasoning for preordering is that the first-gen 3DS will likely be the easiest to hack.

I have no interest in pirating games, but if I have to hack the system just so I can play games with squiggly lines, then so be it.

I might wait on them. I was going to use my tax return to get one, but the decision in the household is to combine returns and get a new TV. Now I'll finally have something bigger than 20" to play PS3 and 360 on.

I was going to pre-order one, but the launch line-up doesn't look too hot. I'll probably pick it up around the end of the year, when games like "Ocarina of Time" and "Star Fox" start to hit.

As much as I love Ocarina of Time, it's gonna take a lot more than that to make me get a 3DS. I've played the game about a dozen times over the last decade and I'm not sure I have another play through left in me.
