honestgamer - December 28, 2007 (01:41 PM) That guy is inhumanly good, in a literal sense. Honestly, no one gets that good at Mega Man X2. He obviously was playing the emulated version (as obvious from how quickly it ran, something a 'real' version never does) and he also should have taken damage a few times throughout but didn't. In fact, the only damage he EVER took was when he wanted to on the spiked walls to ascend shafts or whatever. There was one boss he fought that hit him a few times and it didn't register on-screen, so obviously this was a cheated play (and, judging from the note at the start, he spliced together multiple play sessions to enhance his performance time-wise). So yeah, this was an interesting trip through the entire game in around a half-hour, and the guy knows his way around the game perfectly, but if you sat down with him on a couch to watch him play, you'd probably find him a bit more... human. |

wayne_steed - December 29, 2007 (05:54 AM) Yeah, it was actually a TAS, which would explain his inhuman skill. Very misleading! Excellent deducting, Poirot--er, Venter. |
