Well, I just got a used copy of the Mega Man Anniversary Collection at good ol' GameStop. It's pretty cool having all those games, especially the first two Mega Men, but, uh, they switched the jump button and fire button. I still can't get over the fact that you have to press A to fire and B to jump. C'mon, we're not playing Metroid Prime here!
But, other than that, it's not bad. In fact, it's beast.

Genj - October 28, 2007 (06:21 PM) This blog entry makes me want to buy an Xbox game tomorrow. Maybe I should get that $2 copy of Enter the Matrix (lol). |

espiga - October 28, 2007 (08:55 PM) I was more partial to the Megaman X collection, myself. |

honestgamer - October 28, 2007 (09:26 PM) You got the GameCube version, wayne? I got the PS2 version, and the controls are sensibly mapped (as they would've been on the NES). I heard they messed up for the GCN version. Oh, and I have Mega Man X Collection, also. Both great games. |

Felix_Arabia - October 28, 2007 (09:30 PM) My roommate of all people -- since he doesn't even know what a video game is -- owns Mega Man Anniversary Collection for the Cube. I also think the controls are horribly weird. |

wayne_steed - October 29, 2007 (03:46 AM) Yeah, I have X Collection as well, and that is a little bit better. These games are still fun, though. And yeah, the GC version IS terribly screwed up. |
