With your free user account, you can post on the forums (and in response to reviews, news articles and blog posts around the site), contribute reviews and even build and maintain a free blog on the site. From your blog, you can also track your game collection. Additional features may also be available over time, and access to features can change depending on account privileges. In general, think of a user account as your key to the best the site has to offer.
