TAKS: Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills. I used to hate this four-letter acronym, but now, I prase it. Why? Because I now have the rest of the week off. WO0T. Thank God for senior year where you no longer have to care about anything except college and work.
I'm in the library and everyone seems to be staring at me. Even this little baby that's in a stroller right beside me is staring at me. It's kinda creepin' me out. Well, the baby's cute, but everyone else is creeping me out.
My sister is trying to convince my parents to let us get a dog. We've never had one. Ever. And now that my sister has moved back home and no loner has to worry about rent, she has all kinds of money coming in, so she could afford it. My dad's only argument against the dog would be that he would have to mow over the dog's shit or some lame thing like that. I already volunteered for poop duty. I think my dad just doesn't want to get attached to another dog.
Anyway, for the next week, I am going to be catching up with lost sleep. Hoo-ah.

lasthero - April 17, 2006 (05:54 PM) Babies are lovely bundles of joy. I have a theory that all dogs secretly hate humans, however. They scare me. |
