	Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Soulstorm review (PC) Reviewed on April 14, 2008 Two more races, a rehashed Dark Crusade campaign, and new units that fill already occupied niches. The overall experience is...less than stellar, feeling less like a labour of love and devotion to a fanbase and more like one more attempt to squeeze money out of a product before the sequel is released.	3/5

	SunAge review (PC) Reviewed on January 03, 2008 Whether through great AI programming, great mission design, or both, I very often find myself outmanned and outgunned, forced to fight an uphill battle and struggle for every scrap of ground I gain on my objectives. SunAge's singleplayer is challenging, in a way I haven't been challenged by an RTS since I first played StarCraft.	4.5/5
	Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance review (PC) Reviewed on December 19, 2007 Forged Alliance is more or less what you'd expect from an expansion pack: more of the same. But hey, that's alright, because Supreme Commander was great to begin with.	4.5/5
	American Civil War - The Blue and the Gray review (PC) Reviewed on September 18, 2007 The Blue and the Gray is a turn-based strategy title spanning the length of the Civil War. As the player, you may freely chose to command the armies of either the Union in the north, or the Confederate States in the south, and indeed, one of the more interesting features to any student of history is the ability to play through the entire war and win as the Confederates...Unfortunately, what I found is, well...a little too much simulation and not enough video game. You might enjoy it - provided you're a huge civil war aficionado with immense patience. The thing is, I would normally check these boxes for myself and, as such, can’t recommend this one.	2/5
	Ancient Wars: Sparta review (PC) Reviewed on July 01, 2007 While Sparta may look nice, it feels as though somebody took great elements from all over the RTS genre and put them all together in one game. It's a case where the whole is less than the sum of its parts, probably due to the fact that most of the parts are quite dated.	2.5/5
	Genesis Rising: The Universal Crusade review (PC) Reviewed on May 06, 2007 It's fun watching organic starships explode in massive clouds of blood. It's fun sucking genes and fluids from the carcasses of defeated ships. It's fun throwing Drake shells from halfway across the map...Genesis Rising is too much fun for me to care about the crappy voice acting and crappier script.	3/5
	Space Empires IV review (PC) Reviewed on August 09, 2006 If you're the type of person who would look at a title like "Space Empires IV" and think, "O GAWD how lame! I'm not playing THAT!", then you, sir, are missing out. If you are, then you might also be the type of person who would look at a review like "Don't judge a book by its cover" and think "O GAWD how lame! I'm not reading THAT!", and...oh. Nuts.	4.5/5
