It never ends
September 01, 2007

This has been one wallet-depleting week. So many good things have been coming in to the store, and of course, I had to pick all of them up.

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 1
Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3
Shining Force Neo
Street Fighter Anniversary Collection
Odin Sphere

When am I going to find the time?

I still need Persona 3. Even though I've played through it and beat it, that wasn't a deluxe copy with soundtrack and art book (and both of those things seem worth it to me).

i've been on a Shin Megami kick lately also. i'm kicking myself for not getting Nocturne when i had the chance last year. it's hard to find a copy.

Nocturne is one of the prize pieces in my collection. It's absolutely worth having. Persona 3 is a lot like a cross between that and a dating sim, so you really can't go wrong with either title... but missing Nocturne is criminal.

seems Gamestop is trying to push people into trading in Nocturne. they have it listed on their featured trade-in values page. only $22 store credit though..only someone would be stupid enough to trade it in. i think this game went for 50 bucks the last time i saw it at the store. it had the manual and box art and everything.

You are almost always better off selling your games on eBay. As Draqq mentioned last month, Marvel vs Capcom shot up to $80 dollars at Gamestop. Bring it back and you get $22 trade-in credit.

When am I going to find the time?

Well, you could just send me your games free of charge? If you don't, I could always write an erotic Hermione Granger X Optimus Prime fan fiction and mail to you in an envelop marked "URGET! OPEN IMMEDIATELY! THIS MEANS YOU, GIRLFRIEND!"
