SOPA legislation that will be considered again in Congress at the end of this month is an outright attack on that type of content, and it has more than just webmasters concerned. Riot, the developer of League of Legends for PC, has concerns about how the bill could also affect gamers and League of Legend players in particular.

The 3DS and its "sweet spot" for 3D have created a problem for Kid Icarus: Uprising. The game is controlled with the circle pad and touch screen at the same time, meaning it can sometimes be difficult to keep the system still and stay in the 3D zone.

The downloadable title is available by way of the usual distribution channels, and so begins a new chapter.

The camera is controlled with the 3DS touch screen, but there are many times you'll want to move Pit with the circle pad and shoot by tapping the touch screen. With a Circle Pad Pro attached, left handed players will be able to move pit with their right hand and aim with their dominant left hand.

Interplay won't be talking about its upcoming Fallout MMO anymore, following a court settlement that was reached between Interplay and Bethesda Softworks, the owner of the Fallout license since 2007. The license agreement is toast. If the apocalyptic MMO that was reportedly under development by Masthead Studios ever does see release, it will have no relationship to the Fallout IP.

Warner Bros. has announced an enhanced retail version of the latest Mortal Kombat game. The Komplete Edition includes all of the previously released DLC. That's 15 skins, 3 classic fatalities (for Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Reptile), and four characters (Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, and the still-bizarre Freddy Kreuger).

Zelda fans were jealous when fans in LA were able to attend a concert celebrating the 25th anniversary of the series last year. As promised, Nintendo is taking The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddess on the road, with dates announced and ticket sales starting today.
