PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale beta expands tomorrow

PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale image

If you have PS+ or a Vita, get ready to brawl.

There's been a closed beta in place for a while, but it's about to open up a bit.

The PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale beta will be available on PS3 for PS+ members tomorrow when the PlayStation Store updates. If you own a Vita, you'll have access to that beta, regardless of PS+ status. Furthermore, PS3 owners without Plus will only have to wait one week for the beta to open up completely.

The two versions of the beta feature cross play, meaning one player will be able to use the Vita version to do battle against players on the PS3 version.

The roster is limited to Colonel Radec (from Killzone, you know, that guy), Kratos, PaRappa the Rapper, Fat Princess, Sly Cooper, and Sweet Tooth. Sorry, Raiden fans!

Rhody likes to press the keys on his keyboard. Sometimes the resulting letters form strings of words that kind of make sense when you think about them for a moment. Most times they're just random gibberish that should be ignored. Ball-peen wobble glurk.
