BioShock Infinite gets hardcover art book by Dark Horse Comics

It'll hit shelves in February 2013.

Dark Horse Comics is whipping up a hardcover BioShock Infinite art book for just one day after the game's release, according to an MTV Multiplayer report. The book, aptly titled The Art of BioShock Infinite, will contain concept art and character designs of the game's world and characters when it hits shelves on Feb. 27, 2013.

And if the cover for the book on this Amazon listing can be trusted, it looks like Infinite's head honcho, Ken Levine, will be the scribe behind the book's introduction. The online retailer is also listing a regular price of $40 for the book, but it should be noted the price was not confirmed, and the release date listed on Amazon is not consistent with the press release received by MTV Multiplayer.

Still, you can currently pre-order The Art of BioShock Infinite for $26 through Amazon, which would save you almost $14 if the $40 regular price turns out to be truth. Knowing the quality of work Dark Horse puts out, it might be worth every penny either way.
